It is He Who has made the earth manageable for you, so traverse ye through its tracts and enjoy of the Sustenance which He furnishes: but unto Him is the Resurrection. 15 Do you feel secure that He who is in heaven will not cause the earth to sink beneath you and then begin to quake? 16 Do you feel secure that the One in heaven will not send against you a whirlwind to pelt you with stones, so that you will know how [true] My warning was? 17 Those who came before them also gave the lie (to the Messengers): then how awesome was My chastisement! 18 Do they not observe the birds above them, spreading their wings and folding them? None, except the Merciful holds them. Surely, He sees all things. 19 What other army do you have to help you apart from Ar-Rahman? The unbelievers are surely lost in delusion. 20 Who can provide for you, if He withholds His provision? Yet they obstinately persist in rebellion and avoidance of the truth. 21 What! is he who goes prone upon his face better guided or he who walks upright upon a straight path? 22 Say thou: He it is who hath brought you forth and hath endowed you with hearing and sights and hearts. Little thanks it is ye give! 23 Say: 'It was He who created you, dispersing you in the earth, and to Him you shall be gathered' 24 They ask, "When will this promise be fulfilled, if you are truthful?" 25 Say: “Allah alone knows about that; and I am no more than a plain warner.” 26 When they see the torment approaching, the faces of the disbelievers will blacken and they will be told, "This is what you wanted to (experience)". 27 Say: "See ye?- If Allah were to destroy me, and those with me, or if He bestows His Mercy on us,- yet who can deliver the Unbelievers from a grievous Penalty?" 28 Say, "He is the Beneficent One in whom we have faith and trust. You will soon know who is in manifest error". 29 Say thou: bethink ye, were your water to be sunk away, who then could bring you water welling-up? 30
