Say: O my Lord! if Thou shouldst make me see what they are threatened with: 93 My Lord! then place me not among the wrong-doing people. 94 We have certainly the power to make you see what We have promised them. 95 Repel evil with that which is better. We are Best-Acquainted with the things they utter. 96 And say: O my Lord! I seek refuge in Thee from the evil suggestions of the Shaitans; 97 And I seek refuge in Thee, my Lord, lest they be present with me, 98 Until, when death comes to one of them (those who join partners with Allah), he says: "My Lord! Send me back, 99 that I should do righteousness in that I forsook' No! It is only a word which he will speak. Behind them there shall stand a barrier till the Day that they shall be resurrected. 100 Then, when the Trumpet is blown, there will be no kinship among them that Day, nor will they ask of one another. 101 Then those whose balance (of good deeds) is heavy,- they will attain salvation: 102 And those whose scales (of good deeds) are light, they are those who lose their ownselves, in Hell will they abide. 103 Their faces will be scorched by flames, and they will grin and scowl within it. 104 "Were not My Verses (this Quran) recited to you, and then you used to deny them?" 105 They will say: "Our Lord! Our wretchedness overcame us, and we were (an) erring people. 106 O our Sustainer! Cause us to come out of this [suffering] - and then, if ever We revert [to sinning,] may we truly be [deemed] evildoers!" 107 Allah will say, “Remain rebuked in it, and do not speak to Me.” 108 There was a section among My creatures that said: 'O Lord, we believe. Forgive us and have mercy upon us, for You are the best of the merciful.' 109 But you took them in mockery to the point that they made you forget My remembrance, and you used to laugh at them. 110 “Indeed this day I have rewarded them for their endurance, so that it is they who are the successful.” 111 He shall say, 'How long have you tarried in the earth, by number of years?' 112 They shall say, 'We have tarried a day, or part of a day; ask the numberers!' 113 He will say: Ye tarried but a little if ye only knew. 114 What! did you then think that We had created you in vain and that you shall not be returned to Us? 115 God is the most exalted King and the Supreme Truth. He is the only God and the Lord of the Gracious Throne. 116 And whoever invokes (or worships), besides Allah, any other ilah (god), of whom he has no proof, then his reckoning is only with his Lord. Surely! Al-Kafirun (the disbelievers in Allah and in the Oneness of Allah, polytheists, pagans, idolaters, etc.) will not be successful. 117 And (O dear Prophet Mohammed peace and blessings be upon him) say, “My Lord! Forgive and have mercy, and You are the Best of all the Merciful. 118
God the Almighty always says the truth.
