۞ Nay, I swear by the setting of the stars -- 75 And lo! that verily is a tremendous oath, if ye but knew - 76 Behold, it is a truly noble discourse, 77 Kept in a secure Book. 78 Only they can reach it who are clean (of mind). 79 A Revelation (this Quran) from the Lord of the 'Alamin (mankind, jinns and all that exists). 80 Then why do you dissimulate this Revelation? 81 Would you reject the sustenance that you receive rather than give thanks? 82 Why, then, when [the last breath] comes up to the throat [of a dying man,] 83 And you wait for the moment (of death), 84 – at that moment when We are closer to him than you, although you do not see (Us) 85 So why is it not, that if you are not to be repaid, – 86 Do ye not force it back, if ye are truthful? 87 And if the deceased was of those brought near to Allah, 88 For him shall be comfort, and fragrance and a Garden of Delight. 89 And if he (the dying person) be of those on the Right Hand, 90 Then [the angels will say], "Peace for you; [you are] from the companions of the right." 91 And if he is from the deniers, the astray, – 92 Then [for him is] accommodation of scalding water 93 and the heat of hell fire. 94 This is indeed the indubitable truth. 95 Then magnify the Name of thy Lord, the All-mighty. 96
