۞ Those people, who have no fear of coming before Us, say, "Why should not the angels be sent down to us? Or else we should see our Lord. " Great arrogance have they assumed in regard to themselves, and have transgressed all limits in their rebellion. 21 The day they see the angels - no good tidings will there be that day for the criminals, and [the angels] will say, "Prevented and inaccessible." 22 We shall call their deeds into Our presence and scatter them into the air as dust (turn them devoid of all virtue). 23 [whereas] on that same Day those who are destined for paradise will be graced with the best of abodes and the fairest place of repose. 24 On that day the sky will be crystal blue, clear of clouds. The angels will descend in groups 25 the true Kingdom on that Day shall belong to the Merciful a harsh day for the unbelievers. 26 On that Day, the wrongdoer will bite his hands and say, "Would that I had walked in the Messenger's path! 27 "Ah! woe is me! Would that I had never taken such a one for a friend! 28 He led me away from the true guidance after it had come to us. Satan is a traitor to people." 29 And the Messenger will say, "O my Lord, my people had made this Qur'an the object of their ridicule." 30 thus did We assign to every prophet an enemy from among the sinners; your Lord is sufficient as a guide and a helper. 31 And those who disbelieve say: Why is the Qur'an not revealed unto him all at once? (It is revealed) thus that We may strengthen thy heart therewith; and We have arranged it in right order. 32 They bring not to thee any similitude but that We bring thee the truth, and better in exposition. 33 Those who will be pushed faces forward into Hell will be in a worse position, farther away from the path. 34
