The nation of Noah, belied their Messengers. 105 when their brother Noah said unto them: "Will you not be conscious of God? 106 "I am to you a messenger worthy of all trust: 107 “Therefore fear Allah, and obey me.” 108 "And no reward whatever do I ask of you for it: my reward rests with none but the Sustainer of all the worlds. 109 so fear God and obey me." 110 ۞ They said, “Shall we believe in you, whereas the abject people are with you?” 111 He said: "It is not for me to know what they were doing. 112 Their reckoning is upon my Lord, if ye but knew. 113 I would not drive away the believers; 114 I am naught but a warner manifest. 115 They said, "Noah, if you do not desist, you will be stoned." 116 He said: my Lord! verily my people have belied me. 117 "Judge Thou, then, between me and them openly, and deliver me and those of the Believers who are with me." 118 So We saved him and those with him in the laden ship. 119 and drowned the rest. 120 Verily in this is a Sign: but most of them do not believe. 121 But surely your Lord is mighty and merciful. 122
