The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful

The Striking Calamity - 1 What is the (Day) of Noise and Clamour? 2 And what could make thee conceive what that sudden calamity will be? 3 It is the Day when people will be like moths, dispersed, 4 and the mountains shall be like plucked wool-tufts. 5 Then he whose deeds weigh heavy in the Balance 6 He will be in a pleasant life. 7 But as for him whose balance (of good deeds) will be light, 8 He will have his home in Hawiyah (pit, i.e. Hell). 9 And what can make you know what that is? 10 It is the scorching fire. 11

True are the words of God the Almighty.
