Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate
۞ Have We not expanded for you your breast, 1 relieved you of the burden 2 the burden that weighed down thy back? 3 And We have upraised for thee thy renown. 4 Surely with hardship there is ease. 5 Certainly, after every difficulty there comes relief. 6 So when you are free work diligently, 7 and turn to your Lord with longing. 8
True are the words of God the Almighty.
