The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

By the racers, panting, 1 Then those striking sparks of fire, 2 And scouring to the raid at dawn 3 and leave behind a cloud of dust 4 cleaving there with a host! 5 Verily man is unto his Lord ungrateful. 6 and surely he is a witness against that! 7 And verily, he is violent in the love of wealth. 8 ۞ Knoweth he not - when that which is in the graves shall be ransacked? 9 And the secrets of the breasts are made known, 10 Surely, on that Day, they will know that their Lord had full knowledge of them all. 11
