[O MEN! Pay heed to God's messages,] for it is He who has endowed you with hearing, and sight, and minds: [yet] how seldom are you grateful! 78 It was He who scattered you on the earth, and before Him you shall be gathered. 79 He is the One who gives life and causes death and He controls the alternation of night and day. Will you not then understand? 80 Nay, but they said the like of what the ancients said. 81 "When we have died and become dust and bones, will we be raised up again? 82 We were promised such things and so were our forefathers before us. All these are no more than tales of the past." 83 Say, "To whom do the earth and all therein belong? Tell me, if you have any knowledge?" 84 [And they will reply: "Unto God." Say: "Will you not, then, bethink yourselves [of Him]?" 85 Say, "Who is the Lord of the seven heavens, and of the Glorious Throne?" 86 They will surely say: "Allah." Say: "Will you not, then, fear (Allah)?" 87 Say thou: in whose hands is the governance of everything, and who sheltereth but from whom none is sheltered, if ye know? 88 They will say, "[All belongs] to Allah." Say, "Then how are you deluded?" 89 Nay, but We have brought them the truth (Islamic Monotheism), and verily, they (disbelievers) are liars. 90 No son did Allah beget, nor is there any god along with Him: (if there were many gods), behold, each god would have taken away what he had created, and some would have lorded it over others! Glory to Allah! (He is free) from the (sort of) things they attribute to Him! 91 He knows what is hidden and what is open: too high is He for the partners they attribute to Him! 92
