The Elephant (Al-Feel)
5 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon) before Daybreak (Al-Falaq)
In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful
Hast thou not seen how thy Lord dealt with the owners of the Elephant? 1 Did He not foil their strategy 2 by sending against them flocks of swallows 3 Which pelted them with stones of baked clay, 4 And He made them like eaten straw. 5
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
