The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
۞ GLORIFY THE NAME of your Lord, most high, 1 The One Who created, and then made proper. 2 who determined and guided, 3 Who bringeth forth the pasturage, 4 And then makes it dark stubble. 5 We shall enable thee to recite, and then thou shalt not forget, 6 Except as Allah wills: For He knoweth what is manifest and what is hidden. 7 We shall ease you to follow the way of Ease. 8 Therefore remind, if the Reminder benefits, 9 The reminder will be received by him who fears (Allah), 10 but it will be ignored by the most unfortunate, 11 Who will enter the great Fire and made to taste its burning, 12 Wherein he shall neither die nor live, 13 But those will prosper who purify themselves, 14 remembering his Lord's name and praying. 15 But you prefer the present life, 16 although the life to come is better and more enduring. 17 Surely this is in the ancient scrolls, 18 In the Books of Ibrahim and Moosa. 19
Almighty Allah's Truth.
End of Surah: The All High (Al-A'alaa). Sent down in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
