Destiny (Al-Qadr)

5 verses, revealed in Mecca after He Frowned ('Abasa) before The Sun (Al-Shams)

In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful

Verily! We have sent it (this Quran) down in the night of Al-Qadr (Decree) 1 And what will explain to thee what the night of power is? 2 The Night of Destiny is better than a thousand months. 3 The angels along with the Spirit descend in it by the permission of their Lord with all kinds of decrees. 4 Peace! (All that night, there is Peace and Goodness from Allah to His believing slaves) until the appearance of dawn. 5
