The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful

When Earth is shaken with her (final) earthquake 1 And the earth discharges its burdens 2 And man says, “What has happened to it?” 3 On that Day it shall proclaim its news, 4 for your Lord will have revealed to it. 5 On that day men shall come forth in sundry bodies that they may be shown their works. 6 And so, he who shall have done an atom's weight of good, shall behold it; 7 And whosoever has done even an atom's weight of evil will behold that. 8

God the Almighty always says the truth.
