Al-A'alaa
The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ Glorify the name of your Lord, the Most High, 1 who creates [every thing,] and thereupon forms it in accordance with what it is meant to be, 2 And Who hath disposed and then guided, 3 and who brings forth herbage, 4 And [then] makes it black stubble. 5 We shall make thee read (O Muhammad) so that thou shalt not forget 6 Save that which Allah willeth. Lo! He knoweth the disclosed and that which still is hidden; 7 And We will make your way smooth to a state of ease. 8 Therefore remind, if the Reminder profits, 9 Those who have fear of God will benefit 10 but the reprobates will turn away 11 He will be cast into the Great Fire. 12 Then he will neither die in it, nor live. 13 Indeed successful is the one who became pure. 14 And recites the name of his Lord and serves with devotion. 15 But ye prefer the life of this world, 16 While the Hereafter is better and more enduring. 17 Verily, [all] this has indeed been [said] in the earlier revelations 18 The Books of Abraham and Moses. 19

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
