And certainly the warning came to Firon's people. 41 but they rejected all Our miracles. So We seized them in the way that a Majestic and All-powerful One would. 42 Are your people who deny the truth better than those? Or have you been given immunity in the Scriptures? 43 Do they say, "We shall be victorious because we are united?" 44 Certainly the host shall be routed, and turn their backs. 45 Rather, the Hour is their encounter. And that Hour will be most calamitous and bitter. 46 The evil-doers are victims of error and madness. 47 On the Day when they are dragged on their faces into the Fire, (it will be said to them): 'Taste the touch of the Scorching' 48 Verily, all things have We created in proportion and measure. 49 And Our command is only a fleeting one – like the batting of an eyelid. 50 We did indeed destroy many like you. Is there, then, any who will heed? 51 All that they do is noted in (their) Books (of Deeds): 52 All things small or great have been written down. 53 Surely those who guard (against evil) shall be in gardens and rivers, 54 In the seat of honor with a most Powerful King. 55
