All that is on the earth is passing, 26 while your Lord's own Self will remain full of majesty and glory. 27 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 28 Everyone in the heavens and the earth depends on Him. His task in preserving His creation is continuous. 29 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? 30 Jinn and mankind, We shall certainly settle your accounts. 31 (We shall then see), which of the favours of your Lord will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 32 O company of jinn and men, if you have the power to go beyond the bounds of the heavens and the earth, go beyond them! Yet you will be unable to go beyond them for that requires infinite power. 33 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? 34 The flames of fire and smoke will be sent on you two, then you will not be able to defend yourselves. 35 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 36 (On the Day of Judgment) when the heavens are rent asunder they will have a flowery color and flow like oil. 37 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 38 Then on that Day none will be asked about his sin among men or jinn. 39 (Jinn and mankind) - which of the favors of your Lord would you then deny? 40 The sinners shall be known by their mark, they shall be seized by their forelocks and their feet. 41 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 42 This is Hell, which the criminals deny. 43 They go circling round between it and fierce, boiling water. 44 Which of the favours of your Lord will you then deny? 45
