Observedest thou him who turned away? 33 And gives a little and (then) withholds. 34 Hath he knowledge of the Unseen so that he seeth? 35 Has he not been made acquainted with what was written in the scriptures of Moses? 36 and Abraham, he who paid his debt in full? 37 That no one who carries a burden bears another's load; 38 and that man shall have only that for which he strives; 39 and that his labouring shall surely be seen, 40 Then shall he be rewarded for it with the fullest reward- 41 And that to your Lord (Allah) is the End (Return of everything). 42 and that it is He alone who causes [you] to laugh and to weep; 43 And that it is He Who causeth to die and causeth to live. 44 and that He Himself created the two sexes: male and female, 45 From Nutfah (drops of semen male and female discharges) when it is emitted; 46 and that it is for Him to grant the second life, 47 That it is He Who giveth wealth and satisfaction; 48 and that He is the Lord of (the star) Sirius, 49 And that He destroyed the former 'A-ad. 50 And Thamud - and He did not spare [them] - 51 and before them the people of Noah who were even more unjust and insolent; 52 And the overturned towns He hurled down 53 So that there covered them that which did cover. 54 Which then of thy Lord's benefits wilt thou doubt? 55 This (Muhammad SAW) is a warner (Messenger) of the (series of) warners (Messengers) of old. 56 The imminent Hour has drawn near, 57 None but God can avert it. 58 Marvel ye then at this statement, 59 Will you laugh at it rather than weep? 60 While ye amuse yourselves? 61 So prostrate to Allah and worship [Him]. ۩ 62
