The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa)
In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
By the Glorious Morning Light, 1 and by the night when it covers, 2 Thy Lord hath not forsaken thee, nor is He displeased. 3 What is to come is better for you than what has gone before; 4 soon you will be gratified with what your Lord will give you. 5 Did He not find you an orphan and take care of you? 6 Did He not find thee wandering and direct (thee)? 7 And found thee in want, and given thee sufficiency? 8 Do not oppress the orphans 9 and him that seeks [thy] help shalt thou never chide, 10 But tell of the favors of your Lord! 11
