VERILY, those who are conscious of God [shall find themselves in the hereafter] amidst gardens and springs, 45 They will be told: "Enter it in peace and security." 46 We shall remove all rancor from their hearts, and as brethren they shall recline on couches face to face. 47 No weariness shall ever touch them in this [state of bliss,] and never shall they have to forgo it. 48 ۞ Announce, (O Muhammad) unto My slaves that verily I am the Forgiving, the Merciful, 49 and that My punishment is a painful one. 50 And tell them about the guests (the angels) of Ibrahim (Abraham). 51 When they came to Abraham they said: "Peace be upon you!" He replied: "Indeed we feel afraid of you." 52 They replied, "Do not be afraid. We have brought you the glad news of (the birth) of a learned son". 53 Said he: "Do you give me this glad tiding despite the fact that old age has overtaken me? Of what [strange thing,] then, are you giving me a tiding!" 54 They said, “We have given you true tidings, therefore do not lose hope.” 55 He replied: 'And who despairs of the mercy of his Lord, except those that are astray? 56 He said, 'And what is your business, envoys?' 57 They said, "Indeed, we have been sent to a people of criminals, 58 (All) save the family of Lot. Them we shall deliver every one, 59 but his wife. We decreed that she should be amongst those who remain behind. 60
