Yet man says: "When I am dead, will I come to life again?" 66 Does man not remember that before We created him he was nothing? 67 And, by thy Lord, verily We shall assemble them and the devils, then We shall bring them, crouching, around hell. 68 Then shall We certainly drag out from every sect all those who were worst in obstinate rebellion against (Allah) Most Gracious. 69 Then, surely it is We who are most knowing of those most worthy of burning therein. 70 There is not one of you but shall approach it. That is a fixed ordinance of thy Lord. 71 And once again: We shall save [from hell] those who have been conscious of Us; but We shall leave in it the evildoers, on their knees. 72 When Our clear verses are recited to them the unbelievers say to the believers: 'Which of the two parties has a better position or company?' 73 How many a generation have We destroyed before them, who were more imposing in respect of gear and outward seeming! 74 Say: 'Whosoever is in error, let the Most Merciful prolong his life span until they see that which they were threatened, be it a punishment, or the Hour. Then shall they know whose is the worst place and who is weaker in hosts' 75 And God endows those who avail themselves of [His] guidance with an ever-deeper consciousness of the right way; and good deeds, the fruit whereof endures forever, are, in thy Sustainer's sight, of far greater merit [than any worldly goods,] and yield far better returns. 76 So have you seen him who denied Our signs and says, “I shall certainly be given wealth and children?” 77 Has he gained knowledge of the Unseen? Or taken a covenant with the Merciful? 78 Never so. We shall certainly write down what he says, and prolong the extent of his punishment. 79 And it is We only Who shall inherit what he says (belongs to him), and he will come to Us, alone. 80 For [such as] these have taken to worshipping deities other than God, hoping that they would be a [source of] strength for them. 81 Instead, they shall reject their worship, and become adversaries against them. 82

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
