Al-A 'araaf 8 of 24

We sent Noah to his people. He said: "O my people! worship Allah! ye have no other god but Him. I fear for you the punishment of a dreadful day! 59 A group of his people said to him, "You are absolutely wrong." 60 He said: O my people! there is no error in me, but I am an apostle from the Lord of the worlds. 61 (sent) to convey to you the messages of my Lord and to advise you, for I know from Allah what you do not know. 62 Does it seem strange to you that a reminder from your Lord should be sent to a man, from among you, to warn you so that you might receive mercy?" 63 But they cried him lies; so We delivered him, and those with him, in the Ark, and We drowned those who cried lies to Our signs; assuredly they were a blind people. 64
