1/4 Hizb 27
< random >
Truly, the God-fearing shall dwell amid gardens and fountains -- 45 They will be told: "Enter it in peace and security." 46 And We shall have removed whatsoever of grudge may be in their breasts: brethren they; sitting upon couches facing each other. 47 Toil cometh not unto them there, nor will they be expelled from thence. 48 ۞ [O Muhammad], inform My servants that it is I who am the Forgiving, the Merciful. 49 and [also,] that the suffering which I shall impose [on sinners] will indeed be a suffering most grievous. 50 And inform them of the guests of Ibrahim: 51 When they came to him and said: "Peace," he answered: "Truly we are afraid of you." 52 'Do not be afraid' they answered. 'We come to give you glad tidings of a knowledgeable child' 53 He said, "Have you given me good tidings although old age has come upon me? Then of what [wonder] do you inform?" 54 They said: We bring thee good tidings in truth. So be not thou of the despairing. 55 [Ibrahim (Abraham)] said: "And who despairs of the Mercy of his Lord except those who are astray?" 56 [Abraham] said, "Then what is your business [here], O messengers?" 57 They said, "We have been sent forth to a guilty people." 58 Except Lut's followers: We will most surely deliver them all, 59 "Except his wife, of whom We have decreed that she shall be of those who remain behind (i.e. she will be destroyed)." 60

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
