And the dwellers of the Rock certainly rejected the apostles; 80 And We gave them Our signs, and they remained averse to them. 81 They carved out dwellings in the mountains, and lived in security -- 82 Then the Blast caught them in the morning 83 So nothing availed them [from] what they used to earn. 84 We created not the heavens and the earth, and all that is between them, save in truth. Surely the Hour is coming; so pardon thou, with a gracious pardoning. 85 Surely thy Lord, He is the All-creator, the All-knowing. 86 (Muhammad), We have given you the seven most repeated (verses) and the great Quran. 87 Stretch not thine eyes to that We have given pairs of them to enjoy; and do not sorrow for them, and lower thy wing unto the believers, 88 and say, 'Surely, I am the manifest warner.' 89 As We have sent down on the dividers, (Quraish pagans or Jews and Christians). 90 who have broken the Koran into parts, 91 By the Lord, We will hold them all responsible 92 About what they used to do. 93 Hence, proclaim openly all that thou hast been bidden [to say,] and leave alone all those who ascribe divinity to aught beside God: 94 We will, surely, suffice you against those who mock, 95 Those who ascribe another God along with Allah; so they will soon come to know. 96 And well do We know that thy bosom is constricted by the [blasphemous] things that they say: 97 Proclaim thy Lord's praise, and be of those that bow, 98 And worship your Lord until there comes to you the certainty (death). 99
