Recall how Moses said to his servant, "I shall not give up until I reach the place where both seas meet, even if it takes me years!" 60 But when they came to the point where the two met, they forgot their fish, which made its way burrowing into the sea. 61 So when they had gone beyond that place, Moosa said to his assistant, “Bring our breakfast – we have indeed faced great exertion in this journey of ours.” 62 He replied: "Sawest thou (what happened) when we betook ourselves to the rock? I did indeed forget (about) the Fish: none but Satan made me forget to tell (you) about it: it took its course through the sea in a marvellous way!" 63 [Musa (Moses)] said: "That is what we have been seeking." So they went back retracing their footsteps. 64 and found one of Our servants, on whom We had bestowed grace from Ourselves and unto whom We had imparted knowledge [issuing] from Ourselves. 65 Moses said unto him: "May I follow thee on the understanding that thou wilt impart to me something of that consciousness of what is right which has been imparted to thee?" 66 He replied, "You will not be able to have patience with me. 67 "How can you remain patient with that which you do not fully understand?" 68 He said: Allah willing, thou shalt find me patient and I shall not in aught gainsay thee. 69 He said: "Well, if you follow me, do not ask me concerning anything until I myself mention it to you." 70
