And when Musa said to his servant: I will not cease until I reach the junction of the two rivers or I will go on for years. 60 Then, when they reached their meeting, they forgot their fish, and it took its way into the sea, burrowing. 61 So when they had passed further on (beyond that fixed place), Musa (Moses) said to his boy-servant: "Bring us our morning meal; truly, we have suffered much fatigue in this, our journey." 62 The servant said: "Did you see what happened? When we betook ourselves to the rock to take rest, I forgot the fish - and it is only Satan who caused me to forget to mention it to you - so that it made its way into the sea in a strange manner." 63 [Moses] said, "That is what we were seeking." So they returned, following their footprints. 64 And they found a servant from among Our servants to whom we had given mercy from us and had taught him from Us a [certain] knowledge. 65 Moses asked him, "Can I follow you so that you would teach me the guidance that you have received?" 66 He answered: "You will surely not be able to bear with me. 67 'For how can you bear patiently with that which you have never encompassed in your knowledge' 68 [Moses] said, "You will find me, if Allah wills, patient, and I will not disobey you in [any] order." 69 The other said: "If then thou wouldst follow me, ask me no questions about anything until I myself speak to thee concerning it." 70
