Al-Anbyaa' 4 of 7
Say: Who guards you by night and by day from the Beneficent Allah? Nay, they turn aside at the mention of their Lord. 42 Do they have any gods who would protect them against Us? They have no power even to help themselves; nor do they enjoy Our support. 43 We have been providing these men and their fathers with the means of enjoyment for a long time. Have they not ever considered that We populated the earth and then caused many of the inhabitants to pass away? Can they have any success (in their wickedness)? 44 Say (O Muhammad, unto mankind): I warn you only by the Inspiration. But the deaf hear not the call when they are warned. 45 And if a breath of the torment of thy Lord were to touch them, they will say: woe unto us! we have been wrong-doers. 46 And We shall set up balances of justice on the Day of Resurrection, then none will be dealt with unjustly in anything. And if there be the weight of a mustard seed, We will bring it. And Sufficient are We as Reckoners. 47 And We had already given Moses and Aaron the criterion and a light and a reminder for the righteous 48 Those who fear their Lord without seeing Him, while they are afraid of the Hour. 49 And this is a blessed reminder that We have sent down. Will you then deny it? 50
