Say (O Muhammad SAW): " My Lord! If You would show me that with which they are threatened (torment), 93 My Lord! then set me not among the wrongdoing folk. 94 Indeed, We are able to show you that which We promised them. 95 Repel evil with what is best, We are well aware of the things they say, 96 And say: 'O my Lord, I seek refuge in You from evil suggestions of the satans. 97 I seek refuge with You, Lord, lest they should come near me." 98 When death approaches one of the unbelievers, he says, "Lord, send me back again 99 so that I might act righteously in whatever I have failed [aforetime]!" Nay, it is indeed but a [meaningless] word that he utters: for behind those [who leave the world] there is a barrier [of death] until the Day when all will be raised from the dead! 100 Then when the Trumpet is blown there will be no lineage among them that Day, nor will they ask of each other. 101 If the side of ones good deeds weighs heavier on a scale, he will have everlasting happiness, 102 And as for him whose good deeds are light, these are they who shall have lost their souls, abiding in hell 103 The fire will scorch their faces and they will be groaning therein in pain. 104 Were not My communications recited to you? But you used to reject them. 105 They will say, "Our Lord, our wretchedness overcame us, and we were a people astray. 106 O our Sustainer! Cause us to come out of this [suffering] - and then, if ever We revert [to sinning,] may we truly be [deemed] evildoers!" 107 He shall say: Go away into it and speak not to Me; 108 There was a group of my servants among you who always prayed: Lord, forgive us and grant us mercy; You are the best of those who show mercy. 109 but you made them a target of your derision to the point where it made you forget all remembrance of Me; and you went on and on laughing at them. 110 Lo! I have rewarded them this Day for their steadfastness, so that they, and they alone, are triumphant." 111 Then Allah will ask them: "For how many years did you stay on earth?" 112 They will say: We tarried by a day or part of a day. Ask of those who keep count! 113 He will say: ye tarried a little indeed; would that ye had known that. 114 Did you think that We had created you only for play, and that you would never be returned to Us' 115 Now Allah be Exalted, the True King! There is no Allah save Him, the Lord of the Throne of Grace. 116 And whoever invokes (or worships), besides Allah, any other ilah (god), of whom he has no proof, then his reckoning is only with his Lord. Surely! Al-Kafirun (the disbelievers in Allah and in the Oneness of Allah, polytheists, pagans, idolaters, etc.) will not be successful. 117 And say (O Muhammad SAW): "My Lord! Forgive and have mercy, for You are the Best of those who show mercy!" 118
