Blest be He Who hath placed big stars in the heaven, and hath placed therein a lamp and a moon enlightening. 61 And He it is Who has put the night and the day in succession, for such who desires to remember or desires to show his gratitude. 62 (Among) the servants of the Beneficent God are those who walk gently on the earth and when addressed by the ignorant ones, their only response is, "Peace be with you." 63 and who remember their Sustainer far into the night, prostrating themselves and standing; 64 Who say: 'Our Lord, turn from us the punishment of Gehenna, for its punishment is the most terrible; 65 Indeed, it is an evil abode and evil dwelling-place." 66 And those, who, when they spend, are neither extravagant nor niggardly, but hold a medium (way) between those (extremes). 67 and who never invoke any [imaginary] deity side by side with God, and do not take any human beings life - [the life] which God has willed to be sacred - otherwise than in [the pursuit of] justice, and do not commit adultery. And [know that] he who commits aught thereof shall [not only] meet with a full requital 68 and on the Day of Judgment their torment will be double. They will suffer forever in disgrace. 69 Save him who repenteth and believeth and doth righteous work; as for such, Allah will change their evil deeds to good deeds. Allah is ever Forgiving, Merciful. 70 and seeing that he who repents and [thenceforth] does what is right has truly turned unto God by [this very act of] repentance. 71 And those who do not witness falsehood, and if they pass by some evil play or evil talk, they pass by it with dignity. 72 Who, when reminded of their Lord's revelations, do not fall for them like the deaf and blind; 73 and who pray "O our Sustainer! Grant that our spouses and our offspring be a joy to our eyes, and cause us to be foremost among those who are conscious of Thee!" 74 Those shall be recompensed with the highest heaven, for that they endured patiently, and they shall receive therein a greeting and --' Peace!' 75 And abide there for ever: What an excellent destination and abode! 76 (Muhammad), say (to the disbeliever) "It does not matter to my Lord whether you worship Him or not. You have rejected His guidance and your punishment is inevitable." 77
