In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate

۞ Ta-Seen-Meem. (Alphabets of the Arabic language – Allah, and to whomever he reveals, know their precise meanings.) 1 These are the verses of a Book luminous. 2 Perhaps you consume yourself that they are not believers. 3 If We willed, We could send down to them from the sky a sign for which their necks would remain humbled. 4 [But We have not willed it:] and so, whenever there comes unto them any fresh reminder from the Most Gracious, they [who are blind of heart] always - turn their backs upon it: 5 Indeed they have denied, so now soon coming upon them are the tidings of what they used to scoff at. 6 Have they not seen the earth, how many We caused to grow in it every generous kind? 7 Surely, in this there is a sign yet most of them do not believe. 8 Surely thy Lord, He is the All-mighty, the All-compassionate. 9
