۞ Also, We revealed to Moses, saying: 'Go with My worshipers by night, for you will be followed' 52 Then Fir'aun (Pharaoh) sent callers to (all) the cities. 53 "These," they said, "are only a small band, 54 and they have enraged us, 55 And lo! we are a ready host. 56 So We expelled them from gardens, springs, 57 their treasures and a noble station. 58 Even so. And We caused the Children of Isra'il to inherit them. 59 At sunrise they set off in pursuit of them 60 And when the two hosts came in view of each other, Moses' companions said: 'We have been reached' 61 Said he, 'No indeed; surely my Lord is with me; He will guide me.' 62 Then We told Moses by inspiration: "Strike the sea with thy rod." So it divided, and each separate part became like the huge, firm mass of a mountain. 63 And We caused the pursuers to draw near unto that place: 64 And We saved Musa and those with him, all of them. 65 Then drowned the others. 66 Lo! herein is indeed a portent, yet most of them are not believers. 67 Verily your Lord is Immensely Mighty, Ever Compassionate. 68
