۞ We revealed to Moses: "Set forth with My servants by night for you will be pursued." 52 And Pharaoh sent forth heralds to all the cities. 53 'These' they said, 'are a small band, 54 They are always harassing us. 55 and we are a host on our guard.' 56 and so we have [rightly] driven them out of [their] gardens and springs, 57 Treasures, and every kind of honourable place. 58 Even so. And We caused the Children of Isra'il to inherit them. 59 At sunrise, they followed them. 60 and, when the two hosts sighted each other, the companions of Moses said, 'We are overtaken!' 61 He replied: Nay indeed! My Sustainer is with me, [and] He will guide me!" 62 Then We revealed unto Musa, saying: smite thou the sea with thy staff. So it became separated, and each part was like unto a cliff mighty. 63 And there We brought the others on, 64 We delivered Moses and all who were with him; 65 and drowned the other party. 66 Indeed in that is a sign, but most of them were not to be believers. 67 Surely, your Lord is the Almighty, the Most Merciful. 68
