۞ And We inspired Moses, saying: Take away My slaves by night, for ye will be pursued. 52 Then Fir'awn sent unto the cities callers: 53 (Saying): "Verily! These indeed are but a small band. 54 And most surely they have enraged us; 55 we are a large and watchful force." 56 So We made them leave their gardens and springs, 57 treasures, and graceful dwellings. 58 As such we gave it to the Children of Israel. 59 And they overtook them at sunrise. 60 And when the two groups saw each other, those with Moosa said, “They have caught us.” 61 He said: Nay, verily! for lo! my Lord is with me. He will guide me. 62 Then We bade Moses strike the sea with his staff. And it parted, and each part was like a huge mountain. 63 And We made the other party approach thither. 64 We delivered Moses and every one with him, 65 then We drowned the others. 66 Most surely there is a sign in this, but most of them do not believe. 67 Verily your Lord is Immensely Mighty, Ever Compassionate. 68
