The people of Nuh (Noah) belied the Messengers. 105 When their brother Nuh said to them: Will you not guard (against evil)? 106 Behold, I am an apostle [sent by Him] to you, [and therefore] worthy of your trust: 107 Have fear of God and obey me. 108 “And I do not ask from you any fee for it; my reward is only upon the Lord Of The Creation.” 109 Have fear of God and obey me." 110 ۞ They said: "Shall we believe in thee when it is the meanest that follow thee?" 111 (Noah) said, "I have no knowledge of their deeds. 112 "Their account is only with my Lord, if you could (but) know. 113 I am not going to drive away any believers. 114 I am naught but a plain warner. 115 They said: If thou cease not, O Noah, thou wilt surely be among those stoned (to death). 116 [Whereupon] he prayed: "O my Sustainer! Behold, my people have given me the lie: 117 Then judge between me and them with decisive judgement and save me and those with me of the believers." 118 So We delivered him and those with him in the laden ark. 119 Then We drowned the rest thereafter. 120 Most surely there is a sign in this, but most of them do not believe. 121 But surely your Lord is mighty and merciful. 122
