Nooh 2 of 2
Noah said: 'My Lord, they have rebelled against me and followed he whose wealth and offspring increase him only in loss, 21 and who have devised a most awesome blasphemy [against Thee,] 22 and they said [to their followers], "Do not ever abandon your deities: abandon neither Wadd, nor Suwa', and neither Yaghuth, nor Yauq nor Nasr!" 23 And they misled many. So do not give the evil-doers increase but in error. 24 They were drowned and sent to Hell for their misdeeds; they found no one to help them against God. 25 And Nuh said: My Lord! leave not upon the land any dweller from among the unbelievers: 26 Surely, if You leave them they will mislead Your worshipers and father none but the immoral, and unbelievers. 27 “O my Lord! Forgive me, and my parents, and the believers who are in my house, and all other Muslim men and Muslim women; and do not increase anything for the unjust except ruin.” 28
True are the words of God the Almighty.
