The people of Noah rejected the messengers. 105 When their brother Noah said to them, "Will you not fear Allah? 106 I am for you a faithful Messenger, 107 fear God, and obey me. 108 "No reward do I ask of you for it: my reward is only from the Lord of the Worlds: 109 So guard against (the punishment of) Allah and obey me. 110 ۞ They said, 'Shall we believe thee, whom the vilest follow?' 111 He said, “What do I know what their deeds are?” 112 Their account falls only upon my Lord, were you but aware. 113 And I am not going to drive away the believers; 114 I am only a plain warner. 115 They said: "If you do not desist, O Noah, you will be stoned to death." 116 He said: 'My Lord, my nation have belied me. 117 Judge among us and save me and the believers with me". 118 And so We saved him and those [who were] with him in the fully-laden ark, 119 Then We drowned the rest thereafter. 120 There is certainly a sign in that; but most of them do not believe: 121 But, verily, thy Sustainer - He alone - is almighty, a dispenser of grace 122
