And those who disbelieve say: when we have become dust, we and our fathers, shall we, for sooth, be brought forth? 67 We were promised this before, and so were our fathers. It is but the fictitious story of the ancients' 68 Say, "Travel through the land and see how terrible was the end of the criminal ones". 69 But grieve not over them, nor distress thyself because of their plots. 70 They also say: "When will this promise (come to pass)? (Say) if ye are truthful." 71 Say, "Perhaps it is close behind you - some of that for which you are impatient. 72 Verily your Lord is gracious to men, though most men are ungrateful. 73 And most surely your Lord knows what their breasts conceal and what they manifest. 74 And all the hidden secrets of the heavens and the earth are (written) in a clear Book. (The Preserved Tablet) 75 Indeed, this Qur'an relates to the Children of Israel most of that over which they disagree. 76 certainly it is guidance and a blessing for the believers. 77 Surely your Lord in His wisdom will decide between them. He is all-mighty and all-knowing. 78 So put thy trust in God; thou art upon the manifest truth. 79 Verily, you cannot make the dead to hear (i.e. benefit them and similarly the disbelievers), nor can you make the deaf to hear the call, when they flee, turning their backs. 80 Nor do you guide the blind out of their error, nor do you make any to hear, except those who believe in Our verses and are Muslims. 81 ۞ And when the Word (of torment) is fulfilled against them, We shall bring out from the earth a beast to them, which will speak to them because mankind believed not with certainty in Our Ayat (Verses of the Quran and Prophet Muhammad SAW). 82
