The Inevitable (Al-Waaqe'ah)
96 verses, revealed in Mecca after T H (Taa Haa) before The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate
۞ When the Event will come to pass 1 There is no belying its coming to pass-- 2 abasing, exalting, 3 When the earth is shaken with convulsion 4 and the mountains are shattered into [countless] shards, 5 Turned to dust, floating in the air, 6 And you become [of] three kinds: 7 Then the companions of the right - what are the companions of the right? 8 And those on the left – how (wretched) are those on the left! 9 And the foremost in the race, the foremost in the race: 10 they who were [always] drawn close unto God! 11 They will dwell in the Gardens of Bliss: 12 A multitude from the ancients. 13 And a few of those (foremost) will be from the later time (generations). 14 On lined couches, 15 Reclining on them, facing each other. 16 Immortal youths will serve them 17 with goblets, and ewers, and a cup from a spring 18 Wherefrom they will get neither any aching of the head, nor any intoxication. 19 they will also go about them with the fruits of which they may choose, 20 and the flesh of birds, as they desire. 21 And (there are) fair ones with wide, lovely eyes, 22 as the likeness of hidden pearls, 23 as reward for their deeds. 24 Therein they hear no vain or sinful discourse. 25 Nought but the saying: peace! peace! 26 The Companions of the Right (O Companions of the Right!) 27 [They, too, will find themselves] amidst fruit laden lote-trees, 28 Among Talh trees with flowers (or fruits) piled one above another,- 29 And a shade ever-spread. 30 By water flowing constantly, 31 and abundant fruits, 32 Neither intercepted nor forbidden, 33 And [with them will be their] spouses, raised high: 34 Surely We have made them to grow into a (new) growth, 35 So made them as maidens. 36 Loving, of equal age. 37 All this will be for the People on the Right; 38

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
