▼ 51 Drivers of the Winds
Al-Dhaareyaat 3 of 3
And the heaven! We have built it with might, and verily We are Powerful. 47 And the earth, We have made it a wide extent; how well have We then spread (it) out. 48 And of every thing We have created pairs: That ye may receive instruction. 49 “Therefore rush towards Allah; indeed I am from Him, a clear Herald of Warning towards you.” 50 And do not ascribe divinity to aught side by side with God: verily, I am a plain warner to you from Him!" 51 Likewise, no Messenger came to those before them, but they said: "A sorcerer or a madman!" 52 Have they, perchance, handed down this [way of thinking] as a legacy unto one another? Nay, they are people filled with overweening arrogance! 53 Therefore turn away from them (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him), – so there is no blame upon you. 54 And remind, for indeed, the reminder benefits the believers. 55 And I created the jinns and men, only for them to worship Me. 56 I do not desire from them any sustenance and I do not desire that they should feed Me. 57 Surely God is the All-provider, the Possessor of Strength, the Ever-Sure. 58 And verily, they who are bent on doing evil shall have their share [of evil] like unto the share of their fellows [of old]: so let them not ask Me to hasten [their doom]! 59 So woe to the unbelievers, for that day of theirs that they are promised. 60
