▼ 29 The Spider
Al-Ankaboot 7 of 7
And this life of the world is nothing but a sport and a play; and as for the next abode, that most surely is the life-- did they but know! 64 When they board a vessel, they call on God, sincere in their faith for Him alone; but when He brings them safe to land, they begin to ascribe partners to Him. 65 Thus they become ungrateful for what We have given them, so that they may enjoy; but they shall soon know. 66 Have they not seen that We made [Makkah] a safe sanctuary, while people are being taken away all around them? Then in falsehood do they believe, and in the favor of Allah they disbelieve? 67 Who is more unjust than one who invents falsehood against God or rejects the Truth after it has come to him? Is not hell the dwelling for the disbelievers. 68 And (as for) those who strive hard for Us, We will most certainly guide them in Our ways; and Allah is most surely with the doers of good. 69
