1/2 Hizb 46

And remember Our servant Ayyub, when he called upon his Lord: The Shaitan has afflicted me with toil and torment. 41 (Allah said to him): "Strike the ground with your foot: This is a spring of water to wash in, cool and a (refreshing) drink." 42 And We granted him his family and a like [number] with them as mercy from Us and a reminder for those of understanding. 43 We said to Him, "Take a handful of twigs in your hand and strike with that but do not break your oath." We found him steadfast. What an excellent servant! He turned constantly to his Lord. 44 Also, remember Our worshipers Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, those of might and vision. 45 We chose them for a special [purpose] -- proclaiming the message of the Hereafter: 46 And in Our sight, they are indeed the chosen ones, the beloved. 47 And remember Ishmael, Elisha and Dhul-Kifl, and all are among the outstanding. 48 This is a reminder. And lo! for those who ward off (evil) is a happy journey's end, 49 Gardens of Eternity, whose doors will (ever) be open to them; 50 wherein they recline, and wherein they call for fruits abundant, and sweet potions, 51 ۞ and with them maidens restraining their glances of equal age. 52 'This is what you were promised for the Day of Reckoning; 53 this is Our provision, unto which there is no end.' 54 But the arrogant will have the worst return: 55 Hell; which they shall enter; what an evil resting-place! 56 This, [then, for them] so let them taste it: burning despair and ice-cold darkness 57 and, coupled with it, further [suffering] of a similar nature. 58 [And they will say to one another: "Do you see] this crowd of people who rushed headlong [into sin] with you? No welcome to them! Verily, they [too] shall have to endure the fire!" 59 They say: Nay, but you (misleaders), for you there is no word of welcome. Ye prepared this for us (by your misleading). Now hapless is the plight. 60 They will say: "Our Lord! Whoever brought this upon us, add to him a double torment in the Fire!" 61 They will say to one another: “But why do we not see those whom we considered him among the wicked? 62 Took we them so unjustly for a butt of mockery, or are they deluding our eyes? 63 Verily this is the very truth: the wrangling of the fellows of the Fire! 64
