And remember Our slave Ayub (Job), when he invoked his Lord (saying): "Verily! Shaitan (Satan) has touched me with distress (by losing my health) and torment (by losing my wealth)! 41 Stamp the ground with thy foot, yonder is water to wash in, cool, and water to drink. 42 And We bestowed on him (again) his household and therewith the like thereof, a mercy from Us, and a memorial for men of understanding. 43 (and We said to him): “Take in your hand a bundle of rushes and strike with it, and do not break your oath.” Indeed We found him steadfast. How excellent a servant (of Ours) he was. Indeed he constantly turned (to his Lord). 44 (Muhammad), recall Our servants Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, all of whom possessed virtuous hands and clear visions. 45 Surely We purified them by a pure quality, the keeping in mind of the (final) abode. 46 And most surely they were with Us, of the elect, the best. 47 And make mention of Ishmael and Elisha and Dhu'l-Kifl. All are of the chosen. 48 This is an admonition, and verily for the God-fearing is a happy retreat: 49 gardens of perpetual bliss, with gates wide-open to them, 50 Therein they will recline; therein they will call for plenteous fruit and drink. 51 ۞ With companions of modest look, the same in age, by their side. 52 All this is what you are promised for the Day of Judgement. 53 Indeed, this is Our provision; for it there is no depletion. 54 This [is so]. But indeed, for the transgressors is an evil place of return - 55 Hell! Where they will burn, and worst (indeed) is that place to rest! 56 This - let them taste it: scalding water and corruption. 57 and other such torments. 58 “Here is another group that was with you, falling along with you”; they will answer, “Do not give them plenty of open space; they surely have to enter the fire – let them also be confined!” 59 They say, 'No, it is you have no Welcome; you forwarded it for us; how evil a stablishment!' 60 They say, “Our Lord! Whoever has brought this calamity upon us – double the punishment of the fire for him!” 61 And they will say, "Why do we not see men whom we used to count among the worst? 62 "Did we treat them (as such) in ridicule, or have (our) eyes failed to perceive them?" 63 Verily, that is the very truth, the mutual dispute of the people of the Fire! 64
