SAY [O Muhammad]: "I am only a warner; and there is no deity whatever save God, the One, who holds absolute sway over all that exists, 65 the Lord of the heavens and the earth and all that is in between them, the Most Mighty, the Most Forgiving.” 66 Say, "It (facts about the supremacy of God) is the greatest message, 67 From which you turn away. 68 I had no knowledge of the Exalted Assembly when they argued [against the creation of man]: 69 had it not been revealed unto me [by God] - to no other end than that I might convey [unto you] a plain warning. 70 When your Lord said to the angels: “Verily I am creating a human being from clay. 71 And when I have fashioned him and breathed into him of My Spirit, then fall down before him prostrate, 72 So all the angels prostrated themselves 73 save Iblis: he gloried in his arrogance, and [thus] became one of those who deny the truth. 74 [Allah] said, "O Iblees, what prevented you from prostrating to that which I created with My hands? Were you arrogant [then], or were you [already] among the haughty?" 75 He said: I am better than he; Thou hast created me of fire, and him Thou didst create of dust. 76 Allah said: get thee forth therefrom; verily thou art driven away. 77 And surely My curse is on you to the day of judgment. 78 He said: My Lord! Reprieve me till the day when they are raised. 79 [Allah] said, "So indeed, you are of those reprieved 80 Until the day of the time appointed. 81 (Iblis) said: "Then, by Thy power, I will put them all in the wrong, 82 Except, among them, Your chosen servants." 83 (Allah) said: "The Truth is, and the Truth I say, 84 that I shall certainly fill hell with you and your followers all together". 85 Say (O Muhammad SAW): "No wage do I ask of you for this (the Quran), nor am I one of the Mutakallifun (those who pretend and fabricate things which do not exist). 86 Lo! it is naught else than a reminder for all peoples 87 “And you will come to know of its tidings, after a while.” 88
