Say: 'I am only a warner. There is no god except Allah, the One, the Conqueror, 65 the Sustainer of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them, the Almighty, the All-Forgiving!" 66 Say: 'This is a mighty message 67 Ye are therefrom averting. 68 [Say, O Muhammad:] "No knowledge would I have had of [what passed among] the host on high when they argued [against the creation of man,] 69 Naught is revealed to me save that I am a plain warner. 70 When your Lord said to the angels: 'I am creating a human from clay, 71 “So when I have perfected him and breathed into him a spirit from Myself, (you all) fall down before him in prostration.” 72 Then the angels bowed before him in a body, 73 except iblis (satan, the father of the jinn), he became too proud, for he was one of the unbelievers. 74 He said: O Iblis! What hindereth thee from falling prostrate before that which I have created with both My hands? Art thou too proud or art thou of the high exalted? 75 (Iblis) said: "I am better than he: thou createdst me from fire, and him thou createdst from clay." 76 (Allah) said: "Then get thee out from here: for thou art rejected, accursed. 77 'My curse shall rest on you until the Day of Recompense' 78 He said: My Lord! then respite me to the day that they are raised. 79 He (Allah) said: 'You are among those that are respited 80 "Till the Day of the time appointed." 81 He said, “Therefore, by oath of Your honour, I will surely mislead all of them.” 82 Other than the chosen ones among Your creatures." 83 Said Allah, “So this is the truth; and I speak only the truth.” – 84 I shall certainly fill Gehenna with you and every one of them that follows you' 85 Say (O Muhammad SAW): "No wage do I ask of you for this (the Quran), nor am I one of the Mutakallifun (those who pretend and fabricate things which do not exist). 86 this is simply an admonition to mankind, 87 You will come to know its truth in time." 88
