We will certainly help Our messengers and those who believe, in this world, and on the day the witnesses take their stand, 51 upon the day when their excuses shall not profit the evildoers, and theirs shall be the curse, and theirs the evil abode. 52 And We verily gave Moses the guidance, and We caused the Children of Israel to inherit the Scripture, 53 for guidance and a reminder for those of understanding. 54 So be thou patient; surely God's promise is true. And ask forgiveness for thy sin, and proclaim the praise of thy Lord at evening and dawn. 55 As for those who, with no authority to do so, dispute God's messages, there is nothing in their hearts but a feeling of greatness which they will never attain. Seek refuge in God, for He is the All Hearing, the All Seeing. 56 Certainly the creation of the heavens and the earth is far greater than the creation of men, but most people do not know. 57 But [then,] the blind and the seeing are not equal; and neither [can] they who have attained to faith and do good works and the doers of evil [be deemed equal]. How seldom do you keep this in mind! 58 Most surely the hour is coming, there is no doubt therein, but most people do not believe. 59 Your Lord said: “Pray to Me, and I will accept your prayers. Surely those who wax too proud to worship Me shall enter Hell, utterly abased.” 60
