Lo, the Tree of Ez-Zakkoum 43 shall be the food of the guilty sinners. 44 It is like pitch. It will fume in the belly 45 Like the boiling of scalding water. 46 [A voice will cry], "Seize him and drag him into the midst of Hell. 47 “Then pour on his head the punishment of boiling water.” 48 Taste this; you who considered yourself the mighty, the honourable! 49 This is what you used to doubt.” 50 Surely those who fear and follow the straight path will be in a place of peace and security 51 Among Gardens and Springs; 52 Attired in fine silk and brocade, facing each other. 53 As such, We shall wed them to wide eyed houris (the virgins of Paradise). 54 While resting in security, they shall call for all kinds of fruit. 55 There they will not know any death apart from the first death they had died, and will be kept safe from the torment of Hell 56 as an act of grace. That will be the supreme triumph. 57 And We have made it easy in thy language; they might haply be admonished. 58 So watch, [O Muhammad]; indeed, they are watching [for your end]. 59
