And Allah's is the dominion of the heavens and the earth; and on the Day whereon the Hour arriveth, then shall lose the followers of falsehood. 27 You will see all the people kneeling down. Everyone will be summoned to the Book (containing the record of their deeds). They will be told, "On this day you will be recompensed for what you have done". 28 This Our Book pronounceth against you with truth. Lo! We have caused (all) that ye did to be recorded. 29 As for those who have believed and done good works, their Lord will admit them into His Mercy that is a mighty triumph! 30 To the unbelievers the Lord will say, "Were not Our revelations recited to you and did not you arrogantly reject them? You were a sinful people". 31 for when it was said, 'Behold, God's promise always comes true, and there can be no doubt about [the coming of] the Last Hour' - you would answer, 'We do not know what that Last Hour may be: we think it is no more than an empty guess, and [so] we are by no means convinced!'" 32 (On that Day) the evil of their deeds will become apparent to them and what they had mocked at will encompass them, 33 And [the word] will be spoken: "Today We shall be oblivious of you as you were oblivious of the coming of this your Day [of Judgment]; and so your goal is the fire, and you shall have none to succour you: 34 That is because you took the verses of Allah in ridicule, and worldly life deluded you." So that Day they will not be removed from it, nor will they be asked to appease [Allah]. 35 It is only God, Lord of the heavens and the earth and Lord of the Universe who deserves all praise. 36 His is the Pride in the heavens and earth. He is the Almighty, the Wise. 37
