And the heaven, We raised it high with power, and most surely We are the makers of things ample. 47 And the earth have We laid out, how gracious is the Spreader (thereof)! 48 And all things We have created by pairs, that haply ye may reflect. 49 So flee to Allah. Indeed, I am to you from Him a clear warner. 50 And set not up another god with Allah; verily I am unto you from Him a warner manifest. 51 Even so there came no messenger unto those before them but they said: A wizard or a madman! 52 What, have they bequeathed it one to another? Nay, but they are an insolent people. 53 So turn away from them, you shall not be blamed, 54 And remind, for indeed, the reminder benefits the believers. 55 And I did not create the jinn and mankind except to worship Me. 56 I do not desire provision from them, nor do I desire that they should feed Me. 57 Indeed, it is Allah who is the [continual] Provider, the firm possessor of strength. 58 The evildoers shall have for their portion, a portion like their companions (who were destroyed before them). Therefore, they should not ask Us to hasten! 59 Alas the woe for those who refuse to believe in the Day which has been promised them. 60
