Al-Najm 3 of 3
So did you observe him who turned away? 33 and gives a little, grudgingly? 34 Does he possess the knowledge of the unseen, thus, he sees (all things)? 35 Or, has he not been informed of what is in the scriptures of Musa? 36 and Abraham, he who paid his debt in full? 37 Namely, that no bearer of burdens can bear the burden of another; 38 That man can have nothing but what he strives for; 39 and that [the fruit of] his striving shall soon be seen; 40 and in the end he will be repaid for it in full; 41 And that unto thy Lord is the goal. 42 and that it is He alone who causes [you] to laugh and to weep; 43 And that He it is Who causes death and gives life- 44 It is He who has created spouses, male and female, 45 From a seed when lodged (in its place); 46 And that upon Him (Allah) is another bringing forth (Resurrection); 47 It is He who grants people temporary and durable wealth. 48 And that He is the Lord of the Sirius; 49 and that it is He who destroyed the ancient [tribes of] Ad 50 and Thamood, and He did not spare them, 51 and before them the people of Noah who were even more unjust and insolent; 52 And He overthrew the Cities of the Plain, 53 So that (ruins unknown) have covered them up. 54 So, which of your Lord's bounties will you doubt?” 55 This (Muhammad SAW) is a warner (Messenger) of the (series of) warners (Messengers) of old. 56 The imminent Hour has drawn near, 57 No one besides God can rescue a soul from hardship. 58 Do ye then wonder at this recital? 59 And will ye laugh and not weep,- 60 While you are indulging in varieties. 61 So prostrate yourselves before Allah and worship. ۩ 62
God Almighty has spoken the truth.

Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
