There are two gardens for one who fears standing before his Lord. 46 How many favours of your Lord will then both of you deny? -- 47 full of various trees. 48 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? 49 In [each of] these two [gardens] two springs will flow. 50 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? 51 In them there are pairs of each kind of fruit. 52 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 53 Reclining on carpets whereof the linings will be of brocade; and the fruit of the two Gardens shall be near at hand. 54 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? 55 therein maidens restraining their glances, untouched before them by any man or jinn -- 56 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 57 (In beauty) they are like rubies and coral. 58 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? 59 Can the reward of goodness be any other than goodness? 60 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 61 And besides these two other gardens -- 62 Which of the favours of your Lord will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 63 Dark green [in color]. 64 How many favours of your Lord will then both of you deny? -- 65 In them (both) will be two springs gushing forth water. 66 How many favours of your Lord will then both of you deny? -- 67 In both of them are fruit and palm trees and pomegranates. 68 How many favours of your Lord will then both of you deny? -- 69 Therein will be maidens chaste and beautiful. 70 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 71 houris, cloistered in cool pavilions -- 72 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 73 Whom no man or Jinn before them has touched;- 74 How many favours of your Lord will then both of you deny? -- 75 Reclining on green cushions and beautiful decorated carpets. 76 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 77 HALLOWED be thy Sustainer's name, full of majesty and glory! 78
