The Inevitable (Al-Waaqe'ah)
96 verses, revealed in Mecca after T H (Taa Haa) before The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
۞ When the inevitable event comes, 1 (and none denies its descending) 2 It will abase some and exalt others. 3 When the earth shall be shaken to its depths, 4 and the mountains are shattered into [countless] shards, 5 And become dust dispersing. 6 [on that Day] you shall be divided into three groups. 7 The people of the right hand - those whose books of records will be placed in their right hands. How happy they will be! 8 And (then) those on the left hand; what of those on the left hand? 9 And those Foremost (in Faith) will be Foremost (in the Hereafter). 10 These are they who are drawn nigh (to Allah), 11 In gardens of bliss [will they dwell] 12 A number of people from those of old, 13 but [only] a few of later times. 14 Seated on couches wrought in gold and encrusted with precious stones, 15 Reclining face to face. 16 immortal youths shall go about them 17 with goblets, and ewers, and cups filled with water from unsullied springs 18 that will neither make the head throb, nor intoxicate, 19 And such fruits as they fancy, 20 and with the flesh of any fowl that they may desire to eat; 21 And there will be fair ones large eyed. 22 like pearls preserved in their shells, 23 A recompense for that which they have been working. 24 There hear they no vain speaking nor recrimination 25 except each other's greetings of, "Peace be with you". 26 The Companions of the Right 27 (They will be) among thornless lote-trees, 28 and banana trees, 29 and amid the extended shade 30 And water gushing, 31 And fruit abundant. 32 never-ending and unrestricted, 33 on raised couches. 34 Lo! We have created them a (new) creation 35 Then We have made them virgins, 36 Loving, equals in age, 37 For those on the Right Hand. 38

كيف تعمل منظومة تمارين الحفظ؟ عند أدنى مستوى 0، تكون كل الكلمات ظاهرة. بينما يُخفي أعلى مستوى 9 كل الكلمات. فكيف تعمل المستويات المتوسطة، مثل 3، على سبيل المثال؟ قد تعتقد بأن المنظومة تخفي 3 من كل تسع كلمات بدقة. ليس تماما! في المستوى 3، لكل كلمة فرصة اختفاء بنسبة 3 من 9، و6 من 9 لتكون ظاهرة. بمعنى آخر، من الممكن، ولكن باحتمال شبة معدوم، أن تكون جميع كلمات المستوى 3 مخفية، أو أن تكون جميعها ظاهرة! وكذلك أيضًا، ففي المستويات المتوسطة، وبما يتناسب مع مستوى الصعوبة، يمكن أن تكون المخابئ غير كاملة أو شفافة جزئيًا بحيث تظهر الكلمات جزئيًا تحتها.
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
